We are currently partnering with a Global P&C Insurance company to recruit a Data Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our data warehouse remains a reliable, scalable, and business-ready source of truth for all operational teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Design, develop, and maintain the insurance data warehouse structure and ETL workflows. • Map, transform, and validate bordereaux (premium and claims) from carriers and policy administration systems. • Onboard new MGA/Insurance programs, ensuring accurate data transformations and mappings. • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize ETL processes and resolve integration issues. • Support, monitor, and automate ETL jobs for data ingestion and transformation. • Validate data loads and resolve discrepancies between source systems and warehouse outputs. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions across underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. • Provide analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance of program data and maintain comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have: • 5+ years of hands-on ETL experience designing integration patterns for data lakes, data warehouses, ODS, and data marts. • 5+ years of experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, JSON, and XML Dataflow. • 5+ years of experience in data profiling and data cleansing. • Proficiency in Power BI including report development, DAX, and data modelling.
