If so, this role puts you right at the heart of bold growth ambitions. We’re working with a high growth insurer who are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive partnership expansion across France. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the market spotting opportunities, validating demand, crafting compelling propositions, and taking deals all the way through to signature before handing over to delivery teams. In this role you’ll: • Build and execute a targeted local partnership strategy aligned to a wider Wholesale growth. • Identify, benchmark, and prioritise commercial opportunities across white-label, co brand, and affiliate channels • Lead end-to end origination: prospecting, pitching, shaping value propositions, and structuring commercial agreements • Qualify strategic fit, ensure commercial viability, and develop robust business cases supported by strong financial modelling • Work closely with internal specialists to configure product, commercial models, and service expectations • Partner early with success, transition, and agreement leads to ensure smooth pipeline progression and deal closure You’ll bring: • Experience within Insurance • Proven success securing strategic distribution or revenue-driving partnerships • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing complex deals • Deep understanding of your local market landscape and emerging trends
