As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant (Researcher) to join our Change & Transformation proposition.
Key Responsibilities;
• Conducting industry and company mapping through structured telephone research.
• Building and maintaining networks across relevant market sectors.
• Performing in-depth internet research using social media platforms and professional networking sites.
• Engaging with potential candidates for specific opportunities.
• Promoting live vacancies via various channels, including the Edenbrook website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards.
• Conducting telephone-based candidate interviews and screenings
• Communicating effectively with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
• Identifying and following up on new business development and sales opportunities.
• Interviewing senior candidates in person to assess suitability and fit.
• Supporting client acquisition efforts by preparing tailored pitch materials and contributing to proposal development as part of the bid team.
The ideal candidate should have;
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales-oriented or target-driven role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and engaging telephone manner.
• High levels of confidence, self-motivation, and resilience.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
