New Senior Conduct Risk Analyst opportunity working with a market leading insurer. You will be accountable for the ongoing development and execution of conduct reporting and analysis in relation to conduct governance, product and conduct risk for consumer targeted insurance programmes. Key responsibilities: Produce & Deliver MI • Compile accurate management‑information (MI) packs and reports to agreed deadlines. • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders; review for completeness and accuracy. Conduct & Regulatory Reporting • Prepare analysis and submissions for: • Regulatory returns • Appointed‑representative activity • Product reviews and modification requests • Country‑cluster governance meetings • Breach or deep‑dive investigations Continuous Improvement • Streamline MI processes and identify efficiency gains. • Recommend and implement automation or software enhancements. • Refine report presentation to improve user experience and decision‑making. Governance Administration • Maintain logs, templates, procedures, and the overall reporting framework. • Create and embed new procedures as needed. • Handle other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: • Compliance experience within the Insurance industry; • Advantageous if you have a prior working knowledge of Conduct Risk.
