Senior Internal Auditor opportunity working with a market leading health insurer. You will be leading the planning and delivery of assurance work, under the scope of the Internal Audit team, by suggesting changes to decrease risk, cost and increase control in accordance with the Internal Audit Methodology, processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake assurance work, and other ad-hoc assignments
• Deliver high quality reports of the results of completed audits to management
• Assist in the development of the annual audit plans and provision of advice to the business
• Deliver audit planning and development of the audit program
• Oversight of analysts on individual audits including allocation and review of audit work
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of audit delivery
• Embed the use of data analytics in audits as and when appropriate
• Make use of visuals based on data in the audit reporting phase
Key Skills and Experience:
• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA or equivalent) if from the UK or equivalent overseas qualification
• Significant and diverse internal audit experience
• Insurance industry experience is preferred
