Security & Counterparty Business Partner opportunity working with a market leading insurance brokerage. You will play a key role in supporting business units in the compliant onboarding of clients, insurers, and other counterparties. Key Responsibilities: -Manage onboarding for clients, insurers, and counterparties. -Act as a referral point and provide expert guidance on onboarding queries. -Review and finalise Insurer Terms of Business Agreements. -Support completion of documentation and questionnaires. -Monitor insurer security and rating changes, and notify the business. -Maintain accurate records in company systems. -Lead, manage, and develop a team (including recruitment and reviews). -Contribute to policy, procedure, and planning for the Security & Counterparty team. -Provide management information and reporting. -Build strong cross-business relationships to support delivery. Key Skills and Experience: -Experience in compliance or Security & Counterparty functions within a regulated UK setting. -Knowledge of FCA principles, rules, and guidelines. -Ideally an understanding of insurance principles, products, and services.
