We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing global specialty insurer to appoint a Head of Enterprise Change - a critical leadership role in the centre of the organisation's transformation agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of change initiatives across the Group. This individual will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape and deliver the enterprise-wide change portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and long-term objectives. Key responsibilities; • Oversee and support new deal acquisitions through the Project Management function, ensuring key timelines are met and transitions are effectively managed. • Lead the planning and execution of business acquisition transitions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration. • Define and manage the enterprise change portfolio roadmap, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities and business goals. • Own the rolling demand plan and annual delivery plan, ensuring clear prioritisation and investment oversight. • Oversee delivery of major transformation programmes, ensuring they are well-governed, on time, within budget, and aligned with business strategy. • Drive adoption of best-in-class delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and maintain clear, consistent stakeholder visibility. • Monitor portfolio performance and risk, reporting on budgets, delivery progress, and benefit realisation to senior leadership. • Lead and develop the enterprise change team, including performance management, capability development, and resource planning. The ideal candidate should have but not limited to; • A solid background working within the Insurance industry, ideally the Lloyd’s/London Market. • 10+ years leading complex change/transformation programmes. • Extensive experience in portfolio governance, resource planning, and benefits management. • Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
