We are currently working with one of the World’s Leading Insurance companies to recruit a Project Manager. You will successfully plan, execute, communicate and deliver projects while ensuring you meet the specific goals, objectives, and constraints. The project manager plays a crucial role in leading ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives across change, growth and transformation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Working with stakeholders to clearly define the scope and objectives of the project, outlining what needs to be accomplished and the desired outcomes. • Creating a detailed plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones required to complete the project efficiently. • Allocating resources and budget, effectively to ensure smooth project execution. • Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them. • Facilitating effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. • Monitoring the progress, tracks performance against the plan, and takes corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track. • Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. • Managing stakeholders' expectations and keeping them engaged throughout the project is essential for successful project outcomes. • Addressing conflicts and challenges that arise within the project team or with stakeholders. • Wrapping up all the loose ends, conducts a project review, and documents lessons learned for future improvements when the project is completed. The ideal candidate should have; • Demonstrable and comprehensive Project or Change Management experience • Experience and knowledge of the London Market • Proven experience managing complex business, change and/or transformational projects • Proven and demonstrated Insurance Industry knowledge • Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance across Insurance • Proven understanding of Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
