A new role is being created to support the Transformation journey at this London Market Insurer. The PMO Analyst will support multiple workstreams to assist with the creation of business cases, robust plans and manage interdependencies across the Transformation programme.
Sitting within the Transformation Office, the role will report to the PMO Manager and support Worksteam Owners to produce quality documentation and plans within a fast paced environment. During the implementation the PMO Analyst will support and guide workstream owners within the governance framework.
Responsibilities will include:
• Preparation and collation of project documentation
• Management reporting
• Planning guidance and management
• Risk and Issue Management
• Dependency Management
• Quality assurance
• Workshop co-ordination and facilitation
• Communication and alignment with other workstreams, transformation office and central PMO
Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience of supporting large programmes
• Advanced Microsoft Office, with particular focus on MSP
• Good communicator across all levels of the business
• Able to prioritise across multiple workstreams
• Insurance experience preferred, but not essential
• Comfortable in advising and coaching non projects resources
• Use of Project Management Tools, such as Wave, Clarity or Cora
• Excellent attention to detail
