We are currently partnering with a rapidly-growing Speciality Insurance company to recruit a NetSuite administrator. The successful candidate will act as the primary NetSuite specialist, responsible for shaping system design, improving process efficiency, enhancing data quality, and strengthening financial controls across the platform. Key Responsibilities; • Act as Finance Systems lead for NetSuite, ensuring stability, control and continuous improvement. • Configure and enhance NetSuite (workflows, scripts, custom objects, reporting, roles and permissions). • Maintain strong governance, including role design, segregation of duties, audit controls and secure access. • Build internal capability to reduce reliance on external providers. • Partner with Finance to translate requirements across GL, AP, AR, IBA, Close, FP&A and Reporting into scalable system solutions. • Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency, controls and user experience. • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting and user training to ensure adoption and data quality. • Manage and optimise integrations with core systems (e.g., HiBob, Concur, AutoRek, banking and planning tools). • Ensure integration stability, accuracy and timely data flow in collaboration with Technology and vendors. • Oversee data migration, integrity improvements and master data governance. • Lead or support NetSuite projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements and UAT. • Identify automation and reporting improvements to strengthen end-to-end Finance controls. The ideal candidate should have; • Deep NetSuite experience covering configuration, customisation, roles/permissions, SuiteFlow, dashboards, saved searches and data migration. • 3+ years working with financial systems and strong knowledge of finance processes (GL, AP, AR). • Core NetSuite Certifications (Essential)
