Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • End-to-end Process Mapping & Redesign o Produce and maintain detailed process maps across core Finance activities (close, reporting, IBA, MI, planning, tax hand-offs). o Identify inefficiencies, fragmentation and manual effort. o Design streamlined, standardised workflows that improve control and efficiency. • Systems & Process Integration o Act as the interface between Finance process owners and system teams (NetSuite, Concur, AutoRek, banking integration platforms). o Ensure system configurations reflect agreed process standards. o Support scalable, controlled ways of working through effective system design. • Operating Model Enablement o Support the design and documentation of the global Finance Operating Model. o Develop and maintain service catalogues, RACI structures, hand-offs and key operating principles. o Maintain architectural documentation reflecting the evolving Finance landscape. • Data, MI & KPI Alignment o Partner with FP&A and MI teams to align KPI definitions, data flows, hierarchies and MI structures with redesigned processes. o Identify disconnects between process, data and reporting. o Recommend improvements that strengthen data accuracy and insight. • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement o Facilitate workshops and gather requirements. o Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation. o Build trusted relationships across Finance, Systems, Operations and Change functions. o Support prioritisation and decision-making through evidence-based insight and options analysis.
