Edenbrook are partnering with a leading Managing Agency within the Lloyd's/London Market on a Senior Internal Auditor hire. Key Accountabilities: Deliver internal audits and assurance activities in line with the Annual Audit Plan and Internal Audit Standards, including: Interviewing staff and clients Gathering and evaluating evidence Analysing processes and procedures Producing clear audit reports with findings and recommendations Work alongside Internal Audit Managers and co-source partners to deliver larger, more technical, or externally facing internal audits Record and maintain internal audit activity within the audit system (Decision Focus), ensuring information is accurate, current, and supports effective functional reporting Monitor progress of agreed audit actions to confirm satisfactory implementation, escalating issues to management where appropriate Actively contribute to functional initiatives that support continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodology and processes Collaborate with other functions—particularly client management, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management—to ensure alignment on assurance activities and proactive knowledge sharing
