Enterprise Risk Manager opportunity working with a top performing Financial Services organisation based in Buckinghamshire. Reporting to the CRO, you will assist with the management and continued development of the risk management framework. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the enterprise risk management framework is well-designed and operational. • Act as the second line expert on the Risk System, managing MI and its use. • Align risk policies with group standards, ensuring they are updated and accessible. • Oversee Risk Incident reporting, action tracking, and root cause analysis. • Prepare Risk Incident and RCSA MI for governance committees. • Lead quality assurance for the 6-monthly RCSA cycle and assess improvement plans. • Contribute to reviews and reporting on projects and strategic proposals. • Oversee management of third-party suppliers and risks. • Conduct operational risk assessments on non-financial risks (e.g., customer risks). • Support the CRO in maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Appetite Framework. • Prepare Risk MI to monitor the company’s risk profile and track improvements. • Develop, review, and monitor non-financial risk appetites and limits for the ORSA process. • Assist in preparing the ORSA Report, managing content and training. • Address risk-related training needs across the business. • Comply with FCA and PRA conduct rules. • Support the CRO and CEO in regulator notifications. Key Skills and Experience: • Solid understanding of both operational and enterprise risk management within a regulated Financial Services environment.
