Edenbrook are currently recruiting for a new Credit Control Assistant opportunity for one of the world’s largest general insurers. The role reports directly into the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible with providing front-line support to the Credit Control function to reduce debtors and ensure compliance with the Company’s credit control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the premium debtors are collected on time
• Book in cash receipts accurately
• Reconcile and issue monthly broker statements
• Liaise with Underwriters & Brokers regarding problem accounts
• Report on outstanding debtor position on a monthly basis
• Ensure that unallocated cash is kept to a minimum
• Investigate overdue historical debt
• Enhance credit control capabilities
• Manage the Credit Control mailbox
• Run the monthly Credit Control reports
The ideal candidate should have but not limited to;
• Minimum 6-months experience in the insurance industry
• Minimum 6-months Credit control experience
