We are currently working with one of the world’s leading Insurance companies for a New Consumer Finance Transformation Lead Opportunity. This role is an integral part of the regional finance teams across EMEA and works closely with management and Country Finance Managers across 24 countries to achieve the company strategic goals. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Support EMEA Consumer Finance transformation on aligning processes and reporting • Supports DFO on Global strategic process improvement such as building metrics for business insight and predictive analytics & forecasting • Review and redesign forecasting process considering customised approach for more complex schemes vs smaller schemes. • Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) teams to provide training to the local country teams to understand and own the process for smaller schemes • Working with BI teams as well as Country Consumer Leads and CFM’s to ensure there are detailed views of production at an account level where these could be pulled through automated reports/dashboards. • Direct Expenses Review (Staff Costs and ODC) and Review of allocations by department to ensure accurate expenses are reported • Support DFO on tracking expense savings initiatives and continuously look for further potential savings including partnering with DFOs in other areas of the business. • Align the timetables across EMEA Region for Actuals, Forecast, Strat Plan and Plan reporting and build timelines and tasks. • Monitor, review, and analysis of Direct Consumer Expenses, analysing and reconciling Headcount, monthly review of ODC at a country and account level. The ideal candidate should have; • Experience in change management & finance transformation. • Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis/Finance Business Partner role • Relevant working experience in a Finance role within the insurance or Financial Services sectors. • Experience in Cognos/TM1, Power BI
