The Compliance Officer will get involved in wide aspects of regulatory compliance, financial crime, and data protection. Key duties include advising on compliance, managing regulatory risks, liaising with regulators (e.g., FCA, ICO), leading training, and fostering a compliance culture. Key Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in compliance, financial crime, or data protection, ideally in UK insurance. Knowledge of financial crime, sanctions, and data protection regulations. Ideal Candidate: Experience in UK financial services and general insurance. Exposure to Lloyd's/London market is a plus.
