We’re currently partnering with a top performing workplace pension provider and are undergoing a rapid stage of growth. They are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Lead – 12 Month FTC who will lead the compliance monitoring function, ensuring operations align with regulations and internal policies. Role Overview: Supporting the development and execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan. Designing and managing a monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance. Conducting reviews across pension and insurance products. Advising on regulatory changes and improving monitoring processes. Offering technical support on regulatory matters across the business. Requirements: Recognised compliance qualification. 5+ years in compliance within pensions or financial services. Proven leadership in compliance monitoring. Knowledge of FCA, PRA, TPR regulations, GDPR, and AML rules.
