Compliance Manager (Monitoring) opportunity working with a top performing global insurer. You will play a key role in strengthening compliance oversight by analysing risks, testing controls, and reporting on the overall health of the control environment. A particular focus will be providing oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) within the Consumer business. Key Responsibilities: -Test and assess controls to ensure regulatory requirements are met and customer outcomes protected. -Conduct monitoring reviews, including AR oversight, franchise visits, and call listening. -Validate monitoring performed by line managers and control owners. -Deliver assurance reporting on ARs, including issues identified, recommendations, and remediation plans. -Develop AR monitoring standards, risk ratings, and reporting frameworks. -Collaborate with compliance colleagues, business stakeholders, and regulators to strengthen controls and drive improvements. Key Skills and Experience: -Strong knowledge of the retail insurance sector (experience with ARs desirable). -Skilled at identifying compliance risks, recommending solutions, and supporting business teams in implementing improvements.
