New Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s MGA. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will support the Compliance team in its day-to-day activities in support of the business of the group including its Lloyd’s Managing Agent and Syndicate and its MGA business. Key Responsibilities: • Support the compliance plan, including monitoring, reporting, and regulatory tasks. • Review and report on regulatory changes. • Assist with compliance monitoring (e.g. contract certainty, slip reviews, thematic reviews). • Support sanctions and financial crime processes by monitoring screening tools. • Monitor and report on underwriting system data validations. • Help maintain systems for regulatory reporting and policy management. • Support delivery of compliance training (online and in-person). • Assist with regulatory returns and compliance reporting. • Support processes related to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. • Contribute to ad hoc compliance projects as needed. Key Skills & Experience: • Understanding of UK insurance regulation, sanctions, or conduct risk; prior relevant experience. • Degree or equivalent qualification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
