Claims Training Manager Circa £50,000 Leeds/Remote – Flexible hybrid working A leading international Insurance service provider undergoing exponential growth are seeking a Claims Training Manager to create, provide and handle Claims training for onboarding staff. Reporting into the Operations Performance Manager, this individual will work in close conjunction with the Claims Technical team to drive and deliver continual training processes to build out the Claims function. Key responsibilities & accountabilities: • Train colleagues on how to handle claims in line with agreed policies and procedures • Identify training needs via various methods, namely: Consultation with stakeholders, reviewing management information including audit results and individual performance analysis and measures, relevant regulatory changes • Design and deliver training programmes which support the training needs analysis outcomes. • Create, own, deliver and maintain all training material and the associated planning and schedules • Create, own, deliver and maintain new hire onboard training • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations to modify and / or improve existing programs. • Obtaining stakeholder support for training initiatives by aligning the training function with the key team objectives • Identify and utilise technology – work with the wider training community to keep aligned with available learning technologies and apply where possible. • Support PMO with training requirements for any future new business projects / initiatives. You will need to demonstrate you have the following skills & experience: • London Market experience • Ensure content is current and standardised • Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for upskill and cross-skill training • Ability to deliver both 1-2-1 and group training interventions • Conduct training gap analysis • Design and deliver system and process training for new and existing onshore and offshore colleagues. • Design and deliver training on all supporting applications for new and existing onshore and offshore colleagues. • Responsible for implementation and delivery of knowledge transfer plan • Oversee maintenance, implementation and governance of process knowledge testing • Responsible for Claims training delivery onshore and offshore
