Claims Adjuster - Italian MedMal PI • Analyse complex information from different sources, identify and investigate coverage issues, examine claims liability, negotiate claims with counterparties, support throughout the claims’ payment process. • Maintain accurate reserving data. • Liaise with Underwriters, Brokers and Policyholders as well as with internal Actuarial, Finance, Operations and Reinsurance Departments. • Direct, supervise and audit lawyers and Third Party Loss Adjusters. • Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of case-law matters. • Produce accurate reports on claims.
