We are looking for: • A dynamic team player with a hands-on and can-do approach. • An individual who is motivated, with strong ambition and willingness to learn; and an ability to determine claims strategy and exploring options. • Experience in handling Financial Lines claims. Experience handling Construction PI claims will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities • Engagement with, and execution of, our claims handling strategy and philosophy. • Handling of claims across a varied Financial Lines portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions and Management Liability claims, including both primary and excess layer notifications. This includes investigating and evaluating claims in accordance with our claims strategy and philosophy, reviewing policy coverage and liaising with the wider claims team and key stakeholders where necessary. • Referrals from delegated claims administrators • Claims reporting to stakeholders and business working groups, with a particular focus on maintaining the integrity and adequacy of reserving.
