Currently partnering with a market leading applied technology services provider to support a prominent well-respected Insurance broker in their search for an Acturis Tech Lead. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients on Acturis development, oversee brokerage integrations, manage Azure DevOps boards, liaise with stakeholders, and lead the team to ensure seamless project execution and team support. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Collaborate closely with the client, offering expert technical guidance on Acturis development projects. • Oversee the migration and integration of newly acquired brokerages into the Acturis system. • Provide support to in-house teams by assisting with Business-As-Usual (BAU) change tickets, ensuring smooth daily operations. • Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring real-time updates and easy access to development progress. • Enable effective tracking and reporting, providing stakeholders with clear insights into project status. • Liaise regularly with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors (e.g., data engineers) to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Manage the team, acting as the primary point of contact for queries and issues. • Oversee team training and development, ensuring the team is well-equipped to address project challenges. The ideal candidate should have; • Strong Technical Expertise in Acturis and Integration Projects • Proficiency in Project and Change Management • Solid Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
