We are currently partnering with a market-leading Lloyd’s Insurance company to recruit a Business Transformation Analyst. The successful candidate will proactively seek out and define ‘as-is’ processes, document systems and reporting tools currently used by the business and make recommendations for improvements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support the full project lifecycle by eliciting and documenting as-is and to-be processes and requirements for change • Support the business through testing, implementation, feasibility studies, and business cases where required • Work with Group IT throughout the software development lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for query resolution and support • Develop work requests for small changes and business cases for larger change initiatives • Evaluate available options and make clear, evidence-based recommendations • Develop and maintain Benefits Realisation Plans in line with the Talbot Delivery Framework • Understand business decisions and associated reporting needs; analyse and document data sources and data flows consistently and to agreed standards • Drive and promote Business Analysis best practice within Talbot, educating business users on the value of analysis • Share knowledge within the Business Analysis and Business Change teams to reduce key-person dependency and continuously improve tools and techniques The ideal candidate: • Experience working within the Lloyd’s Market or Commercial Insurance. • Solid experience of Business Analysis in Business Change. • End-to-end Project Lifecycle experience, using both Agile and Non-Agile methodologies
