Edenbrook are recruiting a Security & Counterparty Technical Team Lead focusing on enhancing platform efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across broking, onboarding, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key enabler of innovation, supporting senior decision-makers through deep expertise in core systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for complex technical issues across platforms such as Salesforce, Acturis, and Global XB.
• Lead system change initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration guidance, and oversight of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Translate business needs into system capabilities to support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and support training initiatives to build internal capability and knowledge.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring all solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Proven experience in technical roles within insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of onboarding and broking platforms
• Relevant systems knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, Acturis, ServiceNow) is essential.
• Skilled in UAT, system configuration, and cross-functional delivery
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
