We are currently working with one of the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance companies for a Senior Reporting Manager in the FP&A team. The successful candidate will support the building & development of the FP&A team to plan and forecast assumptions to ensure financial performance is optimised. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Provide financial management expertise, analysis and insight to inform and contribute to decision-making within the business channel/segment/function. • Refine, enhance and manage the monthly and quarterly result cycle with focus on consolidation of the UK result and Group deliverables. • Ensure all reporting and accounting is carried out to the required standards, quality, and to the agreed timescales. • Influence business decision-making through engagement with key stakeholders. • Develop and provide regular value add management information to senior stakeholders and Group colleagues to aid decision-making. • Improve the data flow and efficiency of MI for group reporting. • Take an agile approach to develop, streamline and improve the existing data, modelling and processes. • Provide SME support and guidance to the wider finance data, MI and EPM tool transformation. • Management of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts. The ideal candidate should have; • ACA, ACCA or CIMA (3+ years PQE). • FP&A experience in an Insurance company.
