We are working with a leading international insurance broker seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their Europe Finance team. This London-based opportunity is suited for a commercially focused finance professional with proven experience in business partnering, management reporting, and driving strategic insight across a complex international business. The successful candidate will take ownership of finance support for global business lines, ensuring senior leadership teams are equipped with clear, timely financial insight to support decision-making. This role will involve partnering closely with divisional leadership, international finance teams, and other global functions while contributing to strategic initiatives, financial transformation, and process improvements across the group. Responsibilities: Act as senior business partner for global business lines, supporting senior management with insightful financial analysis. Develop strong relationships across international finance and business teams. Produce timely and accurate management information, including detailed analysis and commentary. Prepare monthly and executive reporting packs, including budget and long-term strategy packs. Track and report on investment performance versus plan, providing clear insight into strategic KPIs. Partner with business leaders on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Lead projects to develop finance processes for global initiatives, ensuring accurate MI and statutory reporting. Coordinate with regional finance and operations teams on global revenue sharing processes. Contribute to investment appraisals and challenge investment cases. Identify and implement improvements to reporting, controls, and analysis across the finance function. Ideal Candidate: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong finance and accounting background, with experience in industry or practice. Proven track record in business partnering and presenting financial results to senior management. Ability to thrive in a finance transformation environment and adapt to change. Experience with budgeting and forecasting (preferable). Exposure to the insurance industry. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with strong proficiency across MS Office.
