We are currently working with a leading applied technology services company on behalf of a leading insurance broker to recruit a Lead Mendix Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing web-based solutions for the clients and resolve any problems with the software which arise. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Create quality, well documented software fit for purpose against defined requirements. • Address and resolve defects to software throughout the development and testing phases. • Adhere to company development best practices and guidelines • Provide unit test plans for each module of completed work, documented to company standards. • Support major software solutions deployed throughout the business • Develop web-based solutions for clients and their customers • Enhance the development skills and ensure career progression of their team members The ideal candidate should have; • 5+ years of IT delivery experience • Experience in developing Application in Low Code No Code Mendix • Experience using the SQL server • 3 years’ experience in web development
