New opportunity with one of the world's largest insurance companies, who are currently transitioning to a new global HR system, and are seeking someone with data analysis and financial modelling experience with the ability to interpret Financial and headcount data. The successful candidate will ensure that the delivery of the new system meets finance requirements for workforce forecasting, planning and actuals reporting, whilst also optimising opportunities to use new data elements to enhance finance processes and reporting. Key responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Support the Head of Expense Management and Divisional Finance Officer in ensuring financial data requirements are met by the project teams • Act as a main point of liaison, partnering with the business and central functions to support change management as we move from employee management to true position management • Validate and reconcile headcount and position data elements between incumbent system and the new HR system • Work with local Finance teams to ensure the new HR system data is accurately reflected in Workforce Planning tool (TM1) to enable accurate annual and monthly forecasts • Build & establish strong relationships with key business partners across the organisation to facilitate delivery of objectives • Prepare reports for review with your manager of headcount and staff expense reports utilising new HR system data elements, looking for opportunity to improve on current reporting and processes To be successful in this role, you will need to be/have: • Commercial Expertise from a business operations & industry perspective • Critical Financial Thinking with ability to interrogate and analyse. • Financial Modelling, with the ability to build, maintain and interpret large data sets • Possess strong Communication skills and demonstrate previous experience in a business partnering or Change management role • Strong excel skills • Experience in the following systems such as TM1 & Qlikview
