We are working with a leading insurance brand for a Finance Business Partner – ESG. Reporting into the C-Suite, this role will be focused upon the ESG strategy for a £120M Fund, developing a team and sector for the brand. The key responsibilities of this role are: • Collaborate with both Oversight Specialists and Market Units to ensure accurate tracking of GIF funded projects and their financial spend • Provide best in class MI to enable full transparency on GIF spend versus budget and forecasts, benefit tracking and ensure accurate and up to date BEF is available at all times. • Influence and lead finance and non-finance stakeholders and develop good working relationships with other departments. • Responsible to produce high quality, timely and accurate MI for presentation to the GIF Governance Committee and Board level as required, including detailed and robust analysis, and other ad hoc reporting as required by the business. • Collation and summarise business cases for approval to the GIF governance committee. • Accurate tracking of project benefits associated with GIF funded projects • Work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure issues that impact the wider team are communicated, with clear actions to resolve. • Assist in shaping and implementing required changes and enhancements to Finance processes and reporting. • Document, communicate and assist in the resolution of risks and issues as and when they arise. The successful candidate will be: • 1-2 years Post Qualified Experience (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) • Experience in commercial reporting’s in financial services
