We are currently for an all encompassing Senior Finance Business Partner opportunity with a market leading Insurance broker responsible for driving growth in addition to supporting decision making and reporting across their International business units. Key responsibilities: - Support M&A activity including asset purchases and investment hires and initiatives; - Business Partner for the CEO of each of the businesses International offices and provide insight to the UK board; - Helping drive continuous improvement in the production of financial information and insights; - Support the Finance Director with financial projections, reporting, and analysis for the broader UK Specialty business. Experience required: • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) • Highly numerate with the ability to convert data into actionable insights • Experience within the Insurance Industry, with an understanding/aptitude of international operations from a London perspective preferred. • Ability to influence both financial and non-financial colleagues
