Delegated Authority Manager UK & Intl Edenbrook are recruiting a Delegated Authority Manager UK & Intl to join an established operations team. This role will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of delegated authority arrangements across international markets. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of Coverholder applications and permissions, maintaining accurate records on relevant market systems, and supporting the onboarding of new MGA programmes. The role also involves coordinating carrier due diligence activities for both new and renewal arrangements on a global basis, overseeing carrier audits, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of delegated authority frameworks and policies. Acting as a key point of reference on delegated authority matters, the successful candidate will also provide ad hoc operational support as required. Qualifications / Requirements: • Strong knowledge of London Market and international Delegated Authority business • 3–4 years’ experience in a similar delegated authority or operational role • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills • Professional insurance qualifications (e.g. CII) are advantageous but not essential
