New Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing global specialty insurer. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the Regulatory Compliance Framework. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Head of Compliance in the preparation of the annual group Compliance Plan. • Supporting in the preparation of regular Compliance management information and reporting as required. • Provide advice and guidance to underwriting teams and other business functions. • Coordinating the annual compliance attestation with Lloyd’s Principles and the ongoing monitoring of performance against the Lloyd’s Principles. • Assist with business’ annual Lloyd’s Oversight Principles self-assessment. • Provision of specific Compliance Training and development to the Compliance Analyst. Skills and Experience: • In depth Compliance experience within a Lloyd’s Syndicate or MGA. • Track record of delivering Compliance support across monitoring, conduct, advisory and financial crime.
