We are currently working with the World Leading Insurance Broker for an Associate Vice President Financial Accountant. The role will be supporting the international team on USGAAP to produce consolidated financial accounts and associated reports. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Preparing the monthly and quarterly US GAAP reporting package for the International business together with associated workings and commentary. • Works closely with the group’s Finance team in the US to provide schedules, explanation and other financial information on a regular basis. • Preparation of cash analysis and reports for the International business. • Supports the team in producing technical accounting papers for acquisitions and other complex technical matters. • Production of various Board and Committee papers for certain group legal entities. • Control of certain high-risk balance sheet areas, production of reconciliations and analytical information to ensure appropriate treatment. The ideal candidate should be; • ACA / ACCA / CIMA (3 years PQE) • A strong understanding of USGAAP
