We are working closely with a leading global Consultancy who are looking to add a Senior Manager / Associate Director to their Change Risk Advisory Practice. We are looking to engage with Senior Change Risk professionals who are looking for a new challenge at a leading Global Consultancy business. Clients are facing an ever changing and increasing set of uncertainties as they strive to create value and enhance their reputation; from the shifting social, political, environmental and technological landscapes; through the marketplaces they operate in; to their own people, organisation and culture. Working in the Change Risk advisory team, you will support clients across all sectors to maximise the successful delivery of their key change projects and programmes. Working with clients both locally and across the UK, you will have responsibility for: • Liaison with clients both face to face and remotely. • Working with client teams to provide programme or project delivery support/ assurance or support design of overarching change frameworks and processes. • Producing high quality and insightful reports describing findings and recommendations. • Working to tight deadlines, often requiring prioritisation of numerous concurrent project deadlines and requirements as well as communications with clients and within the firm. • Contributing to business development activity- through supporting bid activity and thought leadership. • Management of more junior members of the team (particularly at Senior Manager/Manager grade) in order to deliver the objectives of projects and to develop the skills of junior members. • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
