Senior Risk Manager (ERM) opportunity working with a top performing general insurer. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will be developing and embedding a robust Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the business. Key responsibilities: • Implement risk management policies and processes to address risks. • Develop KRIs and ensure timely reporting of risk exposure to senior management. • Coordinate early identification and assessment of material risks, reporting to stakeholders. • Support the annual Attestation process to meet regulatory obligations. • Provide 2nd line oversight and deliver accurate risk event reporting. • Ensure adherence to the Operational Risk Framework across the business. • Manage sensitive data per the Data Governance policy and established controls. • Advise senior management and business areas on risk management. • Lead risk projects ensuring alignment with the Risk Governance Framework. • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and trends in risk management. Qualifications • Proven risk management experience within the regulated industry, ideally General Insurance.
