New Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing PE backed specialty insurer. You will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements, particularly Consumer Duty. Key Responsibilities: • Managing Consumer Duty obligations and addressing related queries. • Collating, analysing, and presenting Risk and Compliance MI from MGAs. • Monitoring risk metrics and reporting to Exco and the Board. • Conducting due diligence during new MGA onboarding and reviewing MGA audits. • Overseeing complaints, conflicts of interest, and other risk-related issues. Key Skills and Experience: • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Consumer Duty. • Strong experience within the Insurance industry.
