Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment. • Produce and review client account statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Actively chase outstanding debt and manage credit control activities. • Investigate and resolve unmatched cash and funding discrepancies. • Resolve aged queries and complex account reconciliations. • Liaise closely with premium processing teams to resolve posting and allocation issues • Work collaboratively with front-end business units to resolve account and payment queries. • Maintain strong end-to-end ownership of client IBA account processes and controls. The ideal candidate should have: • At least 2 years’ recent experience managing client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment. • Proven end-to-end knowledge of client IBA processes, including statements, debt chasing, unmatched cash and aged query resolution. • Clear understanding of the distinction between IBA and Finance functions, with experience focused on client IBA rather than cashiering or insurer IBA work.
