A newly created Senior FP&A Analyst has come available within a fantastic insurance broking business, who for the last 4 years has consistently placed in the 'Sunday Times Top 100' businesses to work for. They have gone through a period of fantastic growth over the last 3 years and the company shows no sign of stopping, which provides such a great opportunity for career development and progression. As the Senior FP&A, you will provide financial & commercial insights with a focus on supporting the financial & commercial needs for the business. The role will be principally focused on supporting the Head of Commercial Finance, strategic analysis/insight, cost and budget management, budgeting and the analysis of overall business performance. Key Responsibilities; --Deliver and manage the finance wide annual planning timetable, and engagement of wider finance teams. --Build the assumptions documents for Budgets, Forecasts and Business Plans, ensuring assumptions are rigorously tested and align across functions. --Support the FP&A team in producing presentations and the board papers across the planning and reporting cycle. --Produce the consolidated view of the business performance, supporting schedules, analysis and commentary ahead of board meetings with the CFO and Heads of Finance. --Build relevant business models to support scenario planning. Key Experience --Qualified Accountant - Newly Qualified - 2 years P/Q --Experience working within Insurance either through Practice or ndustry --Experience of budgeting and forecasting --Advance Excel skills Please note this job is largely remote, with an expectation of being in office 2/3 times per month
