My client, a hugely successful Insurance Broking business are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their growing FP&A team. This position is newly created due to activity across the sector and continued profit being made across the business. Whether that be through team development, external training for additional exams, well-being counsellors or their Thursday pub nights. What you will be doing; -- Business partnering to the business providing insight into reported results and assisting forecasts and planning. -- Working closely with Senior stakeholders and management, to aid in commercial decisions -- Speak to peers about challenges, ready to question the status quo if you feel it necessary -- Leading on the Management Accounts What we need; -- Qualified Accountant -- Insurance experience -- Can do attitude -- Hard working -- Experience of General Ledger Systems -- Not afraid to challenge the Status Quo
