We are currently working with one of the World’s Leading Insurance companies to recruit a Senior Finance Business Analyst. Reporting into the Lead Business Analyst, the successful individual will be responsible for supporting change initiatives across the group and endeavour to improve technology, processes & people. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Work on specific company initiatives, operational tasks and R&D work. • Elicit, analyse, validate, document, manage and explain business requirements based on project objectives. • Provide operational expertise in insurance (finance). • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage stakeholder needs. • Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress. • Contribute to product roadmap and backlog. • Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. • Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues and progress. • Produce and manage requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information on strategic projects and programmes. • Any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role. • Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders. The ideal candidate should have; • Experience in delivering Finance projects for a London Market Insurer. • Experience of complex eco-systems / system integrations. • Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows. • Strong detailed portfolio of projects and experience where they have led on collating requirements
