Senior Conduct & Governance Analyst (FTC) £65,000 - £80,000 London – Flexible hybrid working A leading Lloyd’s player is seeking an individual on a FTC basis to broaden their prior Conduct experience as a Senior Conduct & Governance Analyst from an Underwiting Governance capacity. Key responsibilities: • Key Subject Matter Expert for the business on all Conduct issues and regulatory developments • Own and manage the Conduct Risk procedures for London Market, working with the Conduct Committee and Chairing the Product Oversight Group • Lead the assessment of Conduct Risk for London Market products and support sponsors of new products ensuring the risk assessment procedures are correctly followed • Ensure any remaining actions from the ongoing Consumer Duty project are completed in time for the July deadline • Oversee the controls and procedures in place to mitigate and manage Conduct Risk for London Market, ensuring they are being adhered to by London Market teams and third party representatives, e.g. Coverholders • Own the internal/external reporting of Conduct MI • Keep abreast of new regulations, work with Compliance to establish the impact for London market and lead the implementation of any changes required • Oversee the framework in place to manage ELTO and respond to ad hoc requests regarding ELTO audits • Oversight of the annual governance cycle for Operational Resilience, e.g. ensuring incident response plans remain up to date, maintaining the register of Important Business Services. Experience: • experience in a regulatory, conduct or controls function • knowledge of FCA and Lloyd’s conduct regulations, guidance and expectations • proven experience in delivering and maintaining conduct related controls • good level of skill with Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe
