Senior Compliance Analyst (Monitoring) opportunity working with a rapidly growing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will monitor compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards through assessments, risk identification, and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan with stakeholders. • Contribute to the Compliance Universe and key risk metrics. • Collaborate on regulatory liaison strategy and communication. • Deliver compliance workshops and training. • Provide compliance advisory services in BAU. • Maintain global Compliance policies and procedures. • Support Compliance Business Plan development and monitor risks. • Ensure business activities meet requirements and report MI. • Foster a strong compliance culture across operations. • Support ad hoc projects and tasks. Skills and Experience: • Strong understanding of Compliance Monitoring within the Lloyd’s / London Market.
