We are currently partnering with a Rapidly-growing Insurance Broker to recruit a Sales Team Leader (Motor Insurance). The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and guiding a high-performing team of sales advisors, driving them to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across our motor insurance portfolio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and one-to-one coaching.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused team culture aligned with company values.
• Drive new business, renewals, and cross-selling performance while supporting complex enquiries.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and data protection requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, workload allocation, scheduling, and attendance to maximise productivity.
• Produce performance reports and analyse key metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Identify skills gaps and deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing development for team members.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an insurance sales or telesales leadership role.
• Experience within a regulated insurance brokerage (motor insurance preferred).
• Cert CII qualification or working towards it (desirable).
