We are partnering with a market-leading Insurance Broker recruit an IT Project Manager on a contract basis. This is a complex and dynamic role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a pivotal role in streamlining operations across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end consolidation project of three IT systems into one platform • Engage and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior and C-suite executives • Provide clear, concise updates and executive summaries to senior leadership • Translate complex business requirements into easily understandable documentation • Identify, document, and support business process changes as needed • Work collaboratively across operations, business units, and IT teams to ensure seamless system migration • Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, maintaining project momentum and delivering against deadlines Requirements: • Experience or knowledge of Insurance/MGU technology and processes is highly desirable • Proven experience in managing IT projects within complex environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-suite executives confidently • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
