We are currently working with a rapidly growing, FTSE 250 multiservice provider to recruit a Senior Project Manager (Insurance). Reporting into the Financial Services Director, you will play a critical role in delivering high profile change, working across multiple teams across the entire business operation. Key Responsibilities; • Influence and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders and a variety of teams across the entire business. • Build strong relationships and confidence with the partners and regulators. • Implementing regulatory change projects, including Consumer Duty implementation. • Capture and agreement of clear and measurable scope at the start of the project and tracking through the project lifecycle • Planning, prioritisation and delivery of the project in line with the defined scope, timeline, budget and business success criteria • Manage and escalate project/programme risks, actions, and issues through initiative- taking communication and collaboration with stakeholders and various teams The ideal candidate should have; • A strong project management background working for an insurance company • Experience leading regulatory change/consumer duty projects • Significant experience in FCA regulatory project management • Up to date CPD knowledge/experience in both FCA regulation and Project Management
