We are currently working with a leading applied technology services company on behalf of a leading insurance broker to recruit a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project planning and execution, Open GI Integration, and IT Service Management (ITSM). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Execute projects using industry best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Open GI Integration: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Open GI systems to implement and oversee integration projects. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Open GI solutions within the existing infrastructure. IT Service Management (ITSM): Implement and maintain ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing concerns promptly. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure project outcomes align with organizational needs. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions. Implement risk management strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of team members. Collaborate with HR and department managers to build project teams with the necessary skills and expertise. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality standards. The ideal candidate should have; • Experience on the Open GI system, and on IT Service Management. • Worked as a Project Manager for an insurance company. • Exposure w to SaFe Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
