We are collaborating with a leading Big 4 consultancy firm to recruit a Manager, ERP Finance Consulting. This recruitment is driven by outstanding market performance and growth, and the successful candidate will specialise in ERP delivery and Enterprise Architecture as it relates to the Oracle SAAS components. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, from enterprise architecture and solution design to testing, business readiness, training, and post-go-live support. • Managing client discovery, ERP business cases, vendor selection, and solution/process design. • Conducting workshops to translate client accounting needs into application design and configuration. • Overseeing business readiness and post-implementation support as client needs evolve. • Guiding Oracle Cloud ERP Solutions Architecture and deployment efforts. • Training and mentoring junior staff, while managing availability, chargeability, and development. • Leading business development, identifying opportunities, and managing high-quality proposal delivery. The ideal candidate needs: • Consulting experience within a top-tier consultancy within the financial services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance). • Proven track record leading workstreams on ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud Financials, with experience in business and solution design (ideally 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations). • Expertise in finance technologies, including Cloud ERP (preferably Oracle), Oracle Accounting Foundation, OFSAA.
