We are collaborating with a leading global Big 4 consultancy firm to recruit a Manager for EPM Finance Consulting. This recruitment is driven by outstanding market performance and growth, and the successful candidate will be leading large scale Oracle EPM implementations in the Financial Consolidation space. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage the technical delivery of large and complex end-to-end Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) implementation projects across the solution development lifecycle. • Translate clients' technical and accounting requirements into Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close functional and technical solution designs. • Lead the application configuration in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close. • Support the documentation of the solution’s test strategy and oversee the drafting of test scenarios and technical testing scripts. • Lead end-user training and conduct knowledge transfer of the solution to technical client teams. • Lead the deployment of the solution to production and provide post go-live support. • Manage onshore and offshore technical delivery teams, reviewing and challenging outputs produced by team members while providing guidance to junior team members. The ideal candidate needs: • Consulting experience with a Big 4 firm, or top-tier consultancy within the financial services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance). • Experience of more than 2 end to end implementation Oracle Finance Consolidation & Close (Oracle FCC) implementations. • Proven expertise in review of functional and technical designs against business requirements and provide challenges where relevant. • Significant exposure to Chart of Accounts & Data Model Design.
