A London based specialist insurer, is looking to hire a M&A Manager. The main purpose of this role is to lead strategic growth agenda and manage delivery of global M&A and disposals from origination to execution, recent deals have equated in value from ($2m-$1bn value). You will collaborate with business units & be responsible for leading teams on M&A and partnership projects globally, while managing internal stakeholders and external advisers. You will be responsible for leading transitions in London Market, UK Retail, Europe, US Specialty, Bermuda Reinsurance and Australia ranging from majority acquisitions and minority investments, debt and hybrid structures in different sub sectors including managing agencies and carriers Key responsibilities; -- Leading M&A transactions from initial desk based research to execution -- Perform due diligence on prospective and active transaction targets -- Preparing investment and value proposition papers on potential targets -- Prepare financial analysis and forecast modelling for prospective and active transactions -- Assessing comparable companies, precedent transactions and potential investors/buyers -- Preparing and reviewing complex financial analyses and models What we need; -- Transactions services experience -- Insurance experience -- Qualified Accountant -- Strong Analytical and modelling experience -- Strong Attention to detail -- Seniority Level -- Mid-Senior level
